多年来,人们一直在研究采用红外线传感器的外壁检测系统并取得进展。最近,利科公司首次制成“科技红外BI系统”它实际上是一种计算机图像处理系统。该系统采用红外线传感器在远处检出建筑物外壁坚实部位和剥离部位的微小温差。检出的信号经数字化后用计算机进行处理。剥离部位的位置和大小以图像信息方式输出。该系统由红外线传感和图像处理两部分组成。前者包括;①透红外线锗透境、②扫描器、③监控电视、④模数转换器、⑤磁带记录机、⑥磁带。后者包括;①磁带机、②中央处理器、③磁盘、④彩色显示器、⑤控制键盘和显示器、⑥X-Y绘图仪、⑦连续点式打印机。
Over the years, people have been studying the use of infrared sensor wall detection system and made progress. Recently, the company made the first “science and technology infrared BI system”. It is actually a computer image processing system. The system uses infrared sensors in the distance detection of the outer wall of the building solid parts and peeling parts of the small temperature difference. The detected signal is digitized and processed by a computer. The position and size of the peeled part are output as image information. The system consists of infrared sensing and image processing of two parts. The former includes; ① through infrared germanium transillumination, ② scanner, ③ monitor TV, ④ analog-digital converter, ⑤ tape recorder, ⑥ tape. The latter includes; ① tape drive, ② central processor, ③ disk, ④ color display, ⑤ control keyboard and display, ⑥ X-Y plotter, ⑦ continuous dot-matrix printer.
