我院于1977年3月16日至3月19日在武昌召开了标准设计图纸管理工作会议。参加会议的有各总队、各业务科、院计划处、科研所、勘设处、技档室等单位和部门的领导同志及工作人员共56人。院领导自始至终参加了会议。会议以阶级斗争为纲,认真学习了中共中央文件。湖北省委文件,学习了国家建委领导同志在召开的设计革命经验交流会上的讲话及会议纪要,传达了铁道部有关文件指示及有关会议精神。会上还总结、交流了我院1976年标准设计工作排除“四人帮”的干扰和破坏,高举“鞍钢宪法”和”工业学大庆”的旗帜,克
On March 16 to March 19, 1977, our institute held a meeting for the management of standard design drawings in Wuchang. A total of 56 leading comrades and staff members participated in the conference, including units of the corps, various business sections, planning offices, research institutes, survey offices, and technical training rooms. The leadership of the hospital participated in the conference from beginning to end. The meeting focused on the class struggle and carefully studied the documents of the Central Committee of the CPC. The documents of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee, learned from the speeches made by the leaders of the National Construction Committee at the Design Revolution Experience Exchange Conference and the minutes of the meeting, and conveyed the instructions of the Ministry of Railways and the spirit of the relevant conference. At the meeting, we also summarized and exchanged the 1976 standard design work of the Institute to eliminate the interference and destruction of the “Gang of Four”, holding high the banner of the “Anshan Iron and Steel Constitution” and “Daqing Industrial Science”.
