On the evening of October 21, 1988, the second session of the third council was held in Meishan, Sichuan Province, during the second National Congress of the Council. The following topics were discussed at the meeting. First, all the members present listened to the comprehensive opinion report of the “Request for Comments Form” written by the deputies at the meeting of the Secretary-General.
