前言近几年来,随着国内轧机向大型、连续及自动化方向发展,邢台冶金机械轧辊厂先后成功地生产了一些不同规格的大型铸钢轧辊,如武钢1700热连轧机用粗轧工作辊(代号RW 2—4),其成品尺寸分别为辊身φ1200×1720mm,辊颈φ680×1445mm(毛坯尺寸如图1);辊身φ1260×1850mm,辊颈φ780×1540mm,毛坯重量32吨,需钢水量38吨;以及辊身直径为1270及1350mm等初轧工作辊,毛坯重量达60吨以上。通过生产实践,对大型铸钢轧辊的铸造工艺设计摸索出了一定的经验,本着“理论—实践—理论”的精神,现以热连轧粗轧工作辊(RW2—4)为例,试就这些生产工艺经验进行分析研究,以期能为大型铸钢轧辊铸造工艺积累一些规律。
Foreword In recent years, with the development of domestic mill to large, continuous and automatic direction, Xingtai Metallurgical Machinery Rolling Mill has successfully produced some large-scale cast steel rolls with different specifications, such as the roughing work roll RW 2-4), the finished size respectively roll body φ1200 × 1720mm, roll neck φ680 × 1445mm (blank size shown in Figure 1); roll body φ1260 × 1850mm, roll neck φ780 × 1540mm, rough weight 32 tons, the amount of steel required 38 tons; and the roll body diameter of 1270 and 1350mm initial roll work roll, rough weighing more than 60 tons. Through production practice, we have found some experience in the design of foundry technology for large cast steel rolls. Based on the spirit of “theory - practice - theory”, taking RW2-4 as an example, Analysis of these production process experience, with a view to large cast steel roll casting process to accumulate some rules.
