武警部队公务卡是一种新型的财务支付结算和管理工具,具有使用便捷、方便携带的特点,且使用透明度高,支付类目和数额都有据可查,可以有效规范公务消费行为,对于规范武警部队的经费管理、节省武警部队的预算开支具有非常重要的意义。然而,公务卡结算制度实施过程中也存在诸多问题,本文从武警部队公务卡结算制度的基本概念入手,探讨武警部队公务卡结算制度实施过程中存在的主要问题,并提出几点改进措施。
