第69次世界贸易组织/动植物卫生检疫措施协定(WTO/SPS)委员会例会于2017年7月11~14日在瑞士日内瓦召开。商务部、农业部、国家卫生计生委、质检总局和驻WTO代表团的12名代表组团参加会议。会议期间,中国代表团主要参与了委员会正式会议和非正式会议,以及区域化主题研讨会、联合国粮农组织(FAO)/WTO贸易和食品标准专题会、标准和贸易发展设施(STDF)专题会。期间中国代表团还与加拿大、以色列、欧盟、越南、美国、印度、日本、印尼、韩国等WTO成员就SPS有关问题进行了会议磋商。
The regular meeting of the 69th WTO / SPS Committee was held in Geneva, Switzerland from July 11 to July 14, 2017. The 12 representatives of the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Agriculture, State Health and Family Planning Commission, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and WTO delegation attended the meeting. During the meeting, the Chinese delegation mainly participated in formal and informal committee meetings as well as regional theme seminars, FAO / WTO trade and food standards symposia, standards and trade development facilities (STDF) symposiums. During the meeting, the Chinese delegation also held consultations with SPS members on issues related to SPS with Canada, Israel, the EU, Vietnam, the United States, India, Japan, Indonesia and South Korea.
