今年“两会”,仍然特别关注增加农民收入问题。加快农村剩余劳动力向非农产业和城市转移,是切实增加农民收入的重要举措。但是,一些地方歧视农民工、克扣农民工工资的事仍时有发生,成为影响农村剩余劳动力深度转移的一大社会问题。为此,两会代表委员呼吁：进一步行动起来,全面保护农民工权益。本期摘要发表部分代表委员的有关发言。
This year's “two sessions” still pay special attention to increasing the peasants' income. Accelerating the transfer of rural surplus labor force to non-agricultural industries and cities is an important measure to effectively increase the incomes of peasants. However, in some places, discrimination against migrant workers and deduction of migrant workers' wages still occur from time to time, becoming a major social problem that affects the in-depth transfer of rural surplus labor force. Therefore, members of the NPC and CPPCC National Committee called for further action and comprehensive protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers. This issue summary announces some speeches by some deputies.
