目的观察左旋甲状腺素钠片联合真武汤治疗甲状腺功能减退性心脏病的临床疗效。方法将80例甲状腺功能减退性心脏病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予左旋甲状腺素钠片治疗,治疗组给予左旋甲状腺素钠片联合真武汤加减治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)明显高于对照组,甲状腺素(T4)及促甲状腺激素(TSH)明显低于对照组,同时左室射血分数(LVEF)明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论左旋甲状腺素钠片联合真武汤是甲状腺功能减退性心脏病治疗中典型的中西医结合疗法,临床疗效确切,有助于改善心功能和缩短病程,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of levothyroxine sodium tablets combined with Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of hypothyroidism. Methods Eighty patients with hypothyroidism were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given L-thyroxine sodium tablets. The treatment group was given L-thyroxine sodium tablets combined with Zhenwu Decoction. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). The triiodothyronine (T3) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and T4 and TSH were significantly lower In the control group, LVEF was significantly higher than that in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion L-thyroxine sodium tablets combined with Zhenwu Decoction is a typical combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of hypothyroidism. The clinical curative effect is exact, which helps to improve the cardiac function and shorten the course of the disease, and is worth promoting.
