目的:分析脐血微量元素、免疫功能指标与婴幼儿喘息性疾病的关系。方法:随机抽取我院2015年1月~2016年6月确诊的喘息性疾病患儿50例与同期健康体检正常婴幼儿60例,分别设为观察组与对照组,所有婴幼儿出生时断脐抽血3mL,测定两组脐血微量元素、体液及细胞免疫相关指标,统计两组微量元素缺乏率及总IgE升高率。结果:观察组脐血Ca、Zn、Fe、IgA、IgG、CD8+水平均显著低于对照组,总IgE、CD4+/CD8+显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组微量元素缺乏率、总IgE升高率分别为64.00%、54.00%,均显著高于对照组的16.67%、10.00%,差异有统计学意义。结论:脐血微量元素缺乏、总IgE、CD4+/CD8+水平升高可能参与婴幼儿喘息性疾病发生、发展过程。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between umbilical cord blood trace elements, immune function and infants wheezing diseases. Methods: Fifty children with asthmatic disease diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly selected, and 60 normal infants and young children were enrolled in the same period. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All infants were born with navel Blood 3 mL, determination of trace elements in umbilical cord blood, body fluid and cellular immune related indicators, the two groups of trace element deficiency and total IgE increased rate. Results: The levels of Ca, Zn, Fe, IgA, IgG and CD8 + in umbilical cord blood of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the total IgE and CD4 + / CD8 + of umbilical cord blood in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group The rate of increase of total IgE was 64.00% and 54.00%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (16.67% and 10.00%, respectively). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The lack of trace elements in umbilical cord blood and the increase of total IgE and CD4 + / CD8 + may be involved in the occurrence and development of asthmatic wheezing in infants.
