目的分析＂健康快车＂辽源站白内障手术扭动模式超声乳化与小切口囊外摘除手术的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年5-8月＂健康快车＂辽源站1209例（1209眼）白内障患者病例资料,1122例行超声乳化吸除术,87例行小切口囊外摘除术。分析患眼手术前后视力和手术并发症。结果术后第1日术眼裸眼视力与术前最佳矫正视力比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。术中并发症包括前房出血14例（1.16%）,后囊破裂17例（1.41%）,悬韧带断裂6例（0.50%）,玻璃体外溢16例（1.32%）,后弹力层脱离20例（1.
