本文提出了2-[2-(5-溴苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(5-Br-BTAMB)光度法测定铁的新方法。在十二烷基硫酸钠存在下,5-Br-BTAMB与铁(Ⅱ)形成稳定的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于646nm。配合物中铁(Ⅱ)与5-Br-BTAMB的组成此为1:2。铁的浓度在0~20μg/25ml呈线性关系。表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(646)=8.0×10~4L·tool~(-1)·cm~(-1)。在氟化钠和硫脲存在下反应具有较好的选择性,用于铝合金中微量铁的测定,结果满意。
This paper presents a new method for the spectrophotometric determination of iron with 2- [2- (5-bromobenzothiazyl) azo] -5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid (5-Br-BTAMB) In the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 5-Br-BTAMB forms a stable blue complex with iron (II) with a maximum absorption wavelength at 646 nm. The composition of iron (Ⅱ) and 5-Br-BTAMB in the complex is 1: 2. Iron concentration in the 0 ~ 20μg / 25ml linear relationship. The apparent molar absorptivity ε_ (646) = 8.0 × 10 ~ 4L · cm ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). In the presence of sodium fluoride and thiourea reaction has good selectivity for the determination of trace amounts of iron in aluminum alloy with satisfactory results.
