[目的]筛选出适宜三峡库区寒冬季节中华蚊母扦插的萘乙.吲丁浓度,为人工栽培提供理论依据。[方法]在寒冬季节采用不同浓度的萘乙.吲丁对中华蚊母插条进行处理,并进行扦插试验。[结果]用浓度为250 mg/kg萘乙.吲丁处理后的中华蚊母枝条成活率达到85%,与其他处理有0.05水平显著差异。[结论]浓度为250 mg/kg萘乙.吲丁是提高寒冬季节三峡库区中华蚊母扦插成活率的生长调节剂。
[Objective] The study aimed to screen the concentration of Naphthalene B and Indoline suitable for cuttaged mosquito in the winter season in Three Gorges Reservoir Area, and provide a theoretical basis for artificial cultivation. [Method] With different concentration of Naphthalene B indolein in the winter season, the Chinese mosquito cuttings were treated and the cutting experiments were conducted. [Result] The survival rate of Chinese mosquito bark after treated with 250 mg / kg Naphthalene B and ethyl was 85%, which was significantly different from that of other treatments. [Conclusion] The concentration of 250 mg / kg Naphthalene B was the growth regulator to improve the survival rate of P. mosoensis in the winter in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.
