为了进一步了解太极运动在社区体育中的开展现状,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等科研方法对太极运动在菏泽市社区体育中的普及情况进行了调查与分析。菏泽市社区太极运动练习者的基本情况调查、菏泽市社区太极运动练习的科学性调查等。在调查基础上,根据调查结果得出结论,针对太极运动在菏泽市社区体育中的普及状况提出了的建议,以及为太极运动在社区体育中的发展做出贡献。
In order to further understand the present situation of tai chi exercise in community sports, this paper investigates and analyzes the prevalence of tai chi exercise in community sports in Heze City by using the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey. Heze City Community Tai Chi exercise trainees basic situation survey, Heze City community Tai Chi exercises scientific investigation. On the basis of the investigation, according to the conclusion of the investigation, the author puts forward some suggestions on the popularization of Taiji sports in community sports in Heze city and contributes to the development of Taiji sports in community sports.
