因工伤致残农民工在城市中继续生活困难重重,不得已返乡。他们返乡的原因既有我国工伤保险制度的不完善,也有个人和家庭的原因。他们返乡后阻碍了我国新型城镇化建设,也会产生一系列的社会问题,同时不利于农民工及其家庭的发展。因此,我国必须对工伤保险进行改革,扩大覆盖面,提高替代率;健全伤残补偿和伤残康复体系:同时要注重伤残农民工的再就业,帮助他们摆脱困境。
Due to work-related disabilities migrant workers continue to live in the city difficult, forced to return home. The reasons for their return to China include both the incompleteness of China’s industrial injury insurance system and the reasons for individuals and families. After their return to the land, they have hindered the construction of a new type of urbanization in our country and have also created a series of social problems that are detrimental to the development of migrant workers and their families. Therefore, our country must reform the industrial injury insurance, expand the coverage and improve the substitution rate. Perfect the system of the disability compensation and the disability rehabilitation: At the same time, pay attention to the re-employment of the disabled migrant workers to help them get out of their predicament.
