“这是谁的画?老师以你为荣!”那位借班组织活动的老师如是说。此时,本班教师告诉她说:“这是××小朋友的作品。”这位教师非常激动地摸着××幼儿的头,再一次重复道:“老师以你为荣。”现场一片寂静。这位小朋友一脸茫然,而其他十九位幼儿仰着头、目光齐刷刷地投向老师,似乎在渴望着什么。我在想:孩子们真正听懂老师说什么了吗?此情此景,他们也许能揣测老师是在表扬××小朋友,那么他们又在期盼什么?我急忙上前和这位教师交流道:
