1 材料 实验动物:昆明种雄性小白鼠,由山东中医药大学动物中心提供。动物在本实验室饲养3d,固体饲料和水自由摄取。药物来源:中药材购于济南市建联药店,经山东中医药大学中药鉴定教研室鉴定,黄连为毛茛科多年生草本植物黄连Coptis chinensis Fransh的根茎。白芍为毛茛科多年生草本植物Paeonia lactiflora Pall.的根。吴茱萸为芸香科落叶灌术吴茱萸Eudia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth.的近成熟果实。甲氰咪胍为国营青岛制药厂生产,批号931002;消炎痛为上海黄河制药厂生产,批号920642;利血平,上海医科大学红旗制药厂生产,批号
1 Materials Experimental animals: Kunming male mice, provided by Animal Center of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Animals were kept in this laboratory for 3 days and free intake of solid feed and water. Drug sources: Chinese herbal medicines were purchased from Jian’an pharmacy in Jinan City, identified by the Department of Identification of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Rhizoma Coptidis was the rhizome of Coptis chinensis Fransh, a perennial herb of the Ranunculaceae family. The white peony is the root of Paeonia lactiflora Pall., a perennial herb of Ranunculaceae. Wu Xi is a near-mature fruit of Rudita delavayi, Eudia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. Cinnamidine is manufactured by the state-owned Qingdao Pharmaceutical Factory, batch No. 931002; indomethacin is produced by the Shanghai Yellow River Pharmaceutical Factory, batch No. 920642; and reserpine is produced by Hongqi Pharmaceutical Factory of Shanghai Medical University.
