以日本早熟苹果 新品种“男恋姬”为试 材,研究苹果茎尖离体培养与快繁,结果表明,起始培养以 M S+ B A1 + I A A02 + G A01 + V C8 为 最佳。继代 增殖阶段以 M S[( N H4) 2 S O4649] + B A1 + I B A02 为最佳。生根培养以1/2 M S+ I B A02 + N A A01 效果最好。试管苗移栽前经强光闭瓶炼 苗20d ,移 栽后气 温控制 在20 ℃~28 ℃,空气相 对湿 度在 90 % 以上, 光强 在 20000 L X时,并经 常 喷 药 剂 保 护 防 止 根 颈 发 病, 成 活 率 可 达80 % 。
In order to study the in vitro culture and propagation of the apical shoots of apple, a study was conducted on a Japanese apple cultivar “Male Love JI”. The results showed that the initial culture of MPS + B A1 + I A A0.2 + G A0.1 + V C8 is the best. The optimal stage of proliferation was M S [(N H4) 2 S O4649] + B A1 + I B A02. Rooting culture to 1/2 M S + I B A0 2 + N A A0 1 the best. Before transplanting, the test tube seedlings were lightly closed for 20 days after transplanting. After transplanting, the temperature was controlled at 20 ℃ ~ 28 ℃, the air relative humidity was over 90%, light intensity was 20000 L X, Incidence, survival rate of up to 80%.
