随着中国改革开放步伐的不断加快和深入,人才需求量也越来越大,但是人才的数量又是有限的,适合企业发展的专业性高素质人才又是相对稀缺的。由此,新时期企业发展过程中如何吸引和留住人才,充分调动人才的最大效用就成为了企业人力资源管理所必须要研究的重点课题之一。本文从当前企业人力资源管理过程中的主要问题人手,结合工作实际,经过分析判断,认识到现代企业要想实现人力资管理的目标必须建立和完善管理体系,保证企业员工的主体地位,在企业人力资源管理中的要坚持灵活性、激励以及科学优化原则,只有这样,企业人力资源管理才有可能有效地使企业的效益最大化。本文分析了当前企业人力资源管理过程中的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决策略,以期为新时期人力资源管理人员提供一定的理论参考。
