一、设计“课堂评价与组织”看课记录量表活动开始前,根据专家们对“课堂评价与组织”专题评课的建议,结合笔者团队成员对相关理论的学习和理解,设计相应的观察记录量表分组对课堂教学环节进行记录。看课结束后,几个组对记录内容进行互补汇总。例如,运用观课评价表对《技巧:多种形式的直体滚动练习方法》一课进行观察(见表1)。
