本节利用DEA-Malmquist生产率指数方法,对我国30个省份1978-2009年间的全要素生产率的变化进行估计,并进一步考察中国经济增长的动力和质量。研究表明,如果不存在技术进步,仅仅依靠资源、能源、劳动等要素投入的增长模式从长期来讲是难以持续的。加快转变经济发展方式和调整经济结构,可以为技术效率提升营造一个上升的空间,也可以推动持续的技术进步,最终实现经济的持续、健康、高质量的增长。
This section uses the DEA-Malmquist productivity index method to estimate the change of total factor productivity in 30 provinces of China during 1978-2009 and further examines the dynamics and quality of China’s economic growth. The research shows that if there is no technological progress, the mode of growth based solely on resources, energy, labor and other factors can not be sustained in the long run. Speeding up the transformation of the economic development mode and adjusting the economic structure will create room for improvement in technological efficiency and promote continuous technological progress so as to achieve sustained, healthy and high-quality economic growth.
