目的:确定戒酒灵酊剂戒酒作用的有效部位。方法:以戒酒灵酊剂对小鼠小肠蠕动与大肠蠕动的影响为评价指标,计算小肠的墨汁推进百分率以及小鼠首次出现含墨汁粪便的时间,以及6h内小鼠出现稀便个数,确定戒酒灵酊剂具有泻下作用,以泻下作用作为戒酒作用的评价指标;采用硅胶柱层析为分离手段,分别用正己烷、氯仿、氯仿:乙酸乙酯(1∶1)、乙酸乙酯、乙醇、水梯次洗脱戒酒灵酊剂提取物得洗脱物,以试药对小鼠大肠蠕动的影响为评价指标,记录小鼠首次出现含墨汁粪便的时间,以及6h内小鼠出现稀便个数,分析各组动物上述各项指标。结果:戒酒灵酊剂能增加小鼠小肠的墨汁推进百分率,戒酒灵酊剂和戒酒灵酊剂的乙酸乙酯部位能明显缩短小鼠首次出现含墨汁黑便的时间,增加6h内小鼠出现稀便的个数。结论:戒酒灵酊剂具有明显的戒酒作用,其乙酸乙酯部位为戒酒灵酊剂戒酒作用的有效部位。
