利用管段模拟反应器,定量分析了调节pH值和调节碱度技术对给水管网铁释放的控制作用。研究发现,提高pH值和增加碱度均可使管网铁释放速率、浊度和色度明显降低。调节pH值从7.6增加至8.2,15 d后管网铁释放速率降低了47%,浊度降低了54%,色度降低了46%;调节碱度从135 mg/L增加至260 mg/L(以CaCO3计),15 d后管网铁释放速率降低了50%,浊度降低了58%,色度降低了52%。对比评价了调节pH值和调节碱度技术的经济性,结果表明:调节出厂水pH值控制管网铁释放的经济成本适宜,可作为突发性管网“黄水”问题的应急控制技术。
The tube reactor was used to quantitatively analyze the control effect of adjusting pH value and regulating alkalinity on iron release in water supply pipe network. The study found that increasing the pH value and increasing the alkalinity can significantly reduce the iron release rate, turbidity and color of the pipe network. Adjusting the pH value from 7.6 to 8.2 and 15 d decreased the iron release rate by 47%, the turbidity decreased by 54% and the chroma decreased by 46%, and the alkalinity increased from 135 mg / L to 260 mg / L (Calculated as CaCO3). After 15 days, the release rate of iron in pipe network decreased by 50%, the turbidity decreased by 58% and the chromaticity decreased by 52%. The results showed that the economic cost of regulating the release of iron from the pH control pipelines was appropriate and could be used as emergency control for the sudden pipe network “yellow water ” problem technology.
