本文运用马克思主义社会分工理论、组织一体化及其分解理论、市场经济理论等对中央提出的建设中国特色新型智库的体制进行深入研究,发现中国特色新型智库建设的目标体制是开放型的,通过解剖中国社会科学院财经战略研究院建设中国特色新型智库的实践案例,认识到国有智库建设和发展存在诸多体制障碍,认为建设中国特色开放型体制的智库,需要全面深化科研体制和智库体制改革,正确处理党政与智库之间复杂的关系,形成有利于智库科学治理、建设和发展的开放环境,扩大智库业对外开放,加强对外合作与交流。 This paper uses Marxist theory of social division of labor, organization and integration, its decomposition theory and market economy theory to conduct an in-depth study on the system of building a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics proposed by the Central Committee.
