我省各级领导机关对处理人民来信、接见人民来访的工作,自去年下半年华北局和省委大张旗鼓地处理了张顺有、廖中一、张三元等典型事件和华北局发出了『关于处理人民来信接见人民群众工作的指示』之后,一般已引起了重视。多数领导机关处理人民来信比过去迅速而准确了。因此人民群众的来信——特别是揭发我们各级领导机关和领导干部中存在着的官僚主义以及基层组织和基层干部中存在着的命令主义和违法乱纪现象的来信,正在日益增多起来。这是一种好现象,它反映了人民民主生活中的一种新气象,也反映了共产党与人民政府是以不懈地关心人民群众的利益为自己工作的准则的。但必须指出,至今还有不少领导机关和领导干部对处理人民来信、接见人民来访的工作,仍然是不够重视的。甚至存在着不可容忍的官僚主义态度。他们对人民群众来信、来访中所提出的问题,漠然视之。认为这些都是无关紧要的『小事情』,因而不闻不理:或者嫌麻烦,上下 The leadership organs at all levels of our province have handled the letter from the people and met the people’s visits.
