文章对我国农村小学教师教学自主性进行了调查研究。研究发现:1)教师整体教学自主性属于中等水平,均值为3.348,其中课程自主性的均值为3.292;一般教学自主性的均值为3.376。2)教师的学历层次对一般教学自主性有显著影响(F(2,69)=3.265,p<0.05)。本研究对进一步认识我国农村教师教学自主性有一定的意义。
The article conducts a research on the teaching autonomy of rural primary school teachers in our country. The research found that: 1) teachers’ overall autonomy in teaching belongs to the middle level with a mean of 3.348, of which the mean value of curriculum autonomy is 3.292; the average autonomy of general education is 3.376.2) The educational level of teachers has a significant impact on the autonomy of general education (F (2,69) = 3.265, p <0.05). This research has certain significance to further understand the autonomy of rural teachers in our country.
