目的:探析研讨妈富隆在治疗绝经过渡期出现功能失调性子宫出血的患者中疗效如何,分析患者血清中性激素水平变化情况。方法:研究分析我妇科科室在2013年1月至2014年6月间诊治的124例绝经过渡期出现功能失调性子宫出血的患者,按照患者入院时间将本组患者随机分组,对照组与治疗组,分别为62例,对照组患者采用药物米非司酮,治疗组患者使用药物妈富隆。结果:治疗组患者的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组患者血清中三种性激素水平较对照组显著降低。结论:对于绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血患者,使用药物妈富隆的临床疗效较高,患者血清中性激素水平出现明显改善,值得推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy of Marvelon in treating patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding during the transitional period of menopause, and to analyze the changes of serum sex hormone levels. Methods: A total of 124 patients with functional dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our department from January 2013 to June 2014 were studied. The patients in our department were randomly divided into control group and treatment group , Respectively, 62 cases, the control group patients with drug mifepristone, the treatment group patients with drug Marvelon. Results: The effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The levels of three sex hormones in the serum of the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: For patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding during menopause, the use of drug Marvelon has a higher clinical efficacy and a significant improvement in the serum level of serum sex hormone, which is worth promoting.
