目的：探讨一种护理配药器的临床研制及应用，并了解其在临床应用的效果。方法研制由底板、支杆和弯臂三部分组成的护理配药器,其特征是在弯臂上设有穿刺针,穿刺针上设有吸囊,底板上设有配伍表。在临床实践的基础上，使用护理配药器，在医院静配中心同一个操作者随机选择常规配药方式配制200组液体和应用配药器配制200组液体所需时间对比，分析比较两组注射器的使用效果。结果护理配药器经我院200例的临床配药应用，与传统的配药方法比较，缩短了配药时间p值<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论该配药器临床配药操作简便、安全、省时省力。减轻了护理人员的工作强度，便于临床推广应用。“,”Objective: To investigate the clinical development and application of a nursing dispensing device, and to understand its clinical effect.
