针对某企业烧结工序烟气余热和其他工序富余饱和蒸汽未回收利用的现状,从能量平衡和物质平衡的角度出发,分析了该厂烧结工序余热资源的分布情况。利用多热源协调供汽的方法,解决了烧结工序单机发电不稳定的问题。对单参数余热发电系统和双参数余热发电系统进行了深入探讨,通过热风循环利用改善了传统单压余热锅炉排烟温度偏高和效率低下的不足。建立财务评价模型进行比较,结果表明:双参数发电系统比单参数发电系统效率高7.9%,估算总投资高10%,但财务内部收益率低1个百分点。其研究结果为同类型热源情况下的余热电站运行不稳定、设备配置造价相对高等问题提供了解决方案和思路。
Aiming at the status of flue gas waste heat in sintering process of a certain enterprise and non-recovery and utilization of surplus saturated steam in other processes, the distribution of waste heat resources in sintering process was analyzed from the view of energy balance and material balance. The method of multi-heat source coordination of steam supply solves the problem of unstable instability in single-stage sintering process. The single-parameter residual heat power generation system and the dual-parameter waste heat power generation system are discussed in depth. The problems of high single-pressure waste heat boiler exhaust gas temperature and low efficiency are improved by hot air circulation. The results show that the dual-parameter power generation system is 7.9% more efficient than the single-parameter power generation system and the estimated total investment is 10% higher, but the financial internal rate of return is 1% lower. The research results provide solutions and ideas for the unstable heat plant operating under the same type of heat sources and the relatively high cost of equipment configuration.
