本文较详细地介绍了天然气烘干室的设计及应用。突破了老式的直接燃烧法，采用了空气为介质多次换热的方法，大大提高了热能利用，提高了涂层烘干质量。为实现介质换热，在国内首创了曲窝状板式换热器，效果良好，还将有机废气经预热后送入燃烧炉内直接燃烧，较理想地解决了油漆烘干的有机废气处理问题。
