企业文化是一个企业在长期发展的过程当中,形成的其独有的文化理念。这种理念支撑着整个企业的发展。就目前看来,企业文化已经成为企业竞争力的一个重要的组成部分,是整个企业赖以生存的一个基础所在。随着这个企业的不断向前发展,越来越多的成功会使这个企业的文化的刚性特征越来越明显。这主要是体现在其对于外来的文化极为的排斥、对于内部低层工作人员的谏言不予采纳,甚至不允许企业内部经营流程的改变。这样就难免会给企业的正常发展带来一定的影响,甚至会导致整个企业的最终没落。所以,在当今研究企业文化刚性特征下的整合与重塑是十分必要的,也是十分迫切的。本文旨在结合笔者多年来企业文化构建工作当中的经验,简要阐述企业文化刚性特征下的有效整合以及重新架构的方案,以便于更好的促进企业的发展。
Corporate culture is an enterprise in the long-term development process, the formation of its unique cultural concept. This concept supports the development of the entire enterprise. For now, the corporate culture has become an important part of the competitiveness of enterprises, is the basis for the entire enterprise to survive. As this business continues to move forward, more and more success will make the rigid character of the business culture more and more evident. This is mainly reflected in its extreme exclusion of foreign cultures, the advice of lower-level staff is not accepted, and even does not allow changes in the internal business processes. This will inevitably give the normal development of enterprises have some impact, and even lead to the final decline of the entire enterprise. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to integrate and reshape contemporary research on corporate culture. The purpose of this paper is to combine the author’s experience in the construction of corporate culture over the years and briefly explain the effective integration and restructuring of corporate culture under the rigid characteristics in order to better promote the development of enterprises.
