据笔者调研,学生学习电子文件管理课程的“痛点”在于相关的概念、理论较为抽象,且学生自身缺乏学习兴趣。对此,笔者在教学中从知识组织方式、课堂组织形式、教学方式和课程考核方式4个方面展开了改革。统计表明,改革实施3年以来,学生成绩、课程满意度、学生的学习兴趣和综合素质连年提高。未来计划继续从打造精品慕课、开设实训课程和建立反馈渠道等方面推进改革的继续深入。
According to the author’s research, “pain points” in the course of electronic document management for students are related concepts, theories are abstract, and the students themselves lack interest in learning. In this regard, the author in the teaching from the knowledge organization, classroom organization, teaching methods and curriculum assessment methods launched four aspects of reform. Statistics show that since the implementation of the reform three years ago, student achievement, curriculum satisfaction, student interest in learning and overall quality have been increasing year after year. In the future, the plan will continue to deepen the reform in terms of building quality courses, establishing practical training courses and establishing feedback channels.
