目的 了解甘肃省燃煤电厂作业体力劳动强度,健全该行业劳动保护,合理调配劳动力。方法我们依据“体力劳动强度分级”标准( G B—3869 —83) 规定的方法对甘肃省8 个燃煤电厂各80 个岗位( 燃运分场17 个、锅炉分场16 个、汽机分场15 个、化学分场6 个、电气分场13 个、机修分场13 个) 进行了体力劳动强度分级调查。结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、和Ⅳ级体力劳动强度分别占27 .5 % 、50 .0 % 、17 .5 % 和5 .0 % 。结论 燃煤电厂的体力劳动强度存在着不合理方面,需要进一步调配。
Objective To understand the manual labor intensity of coal-fired power plants in Gansu Province, improve the labor protection in this industry and rationally deploy the labor force. Methods Based on the method specified in the standard of “manual labor intensity classification” (G B-3869-83), 80 gas stations in Gansu Province (including 17 gas-burning substations, 16 boiler substations, 15, 6 chemical sub-fields, 13 electric sub-fields and 13 mechanic sub-fields). Results Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ physical labor intensity accounted for 27. 5%, 50. 0%, 17. 5% and 5. 0%. Conclusion There is an irrational aspect in physical labor intensity of coal-fired power plants and needs further deployment.
