探讨了Falcon离心机回收电子废弃物的可行性,分析了离心机中颗粒受力情况,提出了颗粒的动力学方程.运用流体动力学(CFD)软件Fluent6.2对强化离心力场进行了数值模拟,并进行了分选实验研究.结果表明,离心力场使分选机有较低的分选下限,采用Falcon离心机分选-0.5mm级破碎电路板,取得了较好的分选效果,I值为0.01,数量效率为93.17%,错配物总量为4.5%.Falcon离心机可以对电子废弃物有效分选.
The feasibility of using Falcon centrifuge to recover electronic wastes was discussed, the particle force in the centrifuge was analyzed, and the kinetic equation of the particles was put forward.The enhanced centrifugal field was numerically simulated by using CFD software Fluent6.2 , And carried out a sorting experiment.The results show that the centrifugal force field has a lower sorting lower limit of separation, the use of Falcon centrifuge classifier -0.5mm broken circuit board, and achieved good sorting results, I The value of 0.01, the number efficiency of 93.17%, the total amount of mismatch 4.5% .Falcon centrifuge can be an effective separation of electronic waste.
