文献中有关骨髓内含铁浆细胞的报导极少。作者曾复查1973—1975年30个月的500份铁染色阳性的骨髓涂片时,发现在21例患者的30份骨髓中存在含铁浆细胞。其中1例的5份骨髓涂片以及5例的2份骨髓涂片中均有含铁浆细胞。采用普鲁士蓝染料做骨髓铁染色,将骨髓细胞外铁分为1+～4+,结果在21份骨髓片上细胞外铁为3+～4+,其余9份为2+。在每一份铁染色阳性的骨髓片上计数50个浆细胞中有多少含铁浆细胞,结果含铁浆细胞为2～ The literature on bone marrow-containing ferritin cells rarely reported. The authors reviewed 500 iron staining-positive bone marrow smears from 1973 to 1975 for 30 months and found the presence of iron-containing plasma cells in 30 of the 21 patients. One of the 5 cases of bone marrow smear and 5 cases of 2 bone marrow smear containing iron-containing plasma cells. Using Prussian blue dye for bone marrow iron staining, the extracellular iron in bone marrow was divided into 1 + ~ 4 +. The results showed that extracellular iron was 3 + ~ 4 + in 21 bone marrow slices and the remaining 9 were 2+.
