The financial management of an enterprise is of great significance to the healthy and steady development of an enterprise. It is the inevitable result of the economic globalization and the result of the optimization of management structure in the market competition. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the current enterprise financial management, and puts forward some measures to innovate the enterprise’s financial management mode.
