通过对云南省46家中医医疗机构170人进行问卷调查,分析发现各级中医医院对护士中医规范化培训工作需求迫切,护士对中医特色护理技术操作能力、中医护理基础知识、中医专科护理知识方面需求较高。同时存在师资不足、护士工学矛盾突出、培训内容没有系统性问题,特别是在二级以下医院尤为突出,笔者结合调查结果进行了讨论,分别从护士层面、医院层面、中医药院校和政府层面阐述如何开展护士中医规范化培训工作,提出通过完善管理制度、激励机制,对培训内容和形式进行研究,全省范围内统一培训,通过以点带面,提高培训质量,以满足中医临床护理工作需求。
According to the questionnaire survey of 170 Chinese medical institutions in Yunnan Province, it is found that there is an urgent need for standardized training of nurses at all levels of Chinese medicine hospitals. The nurses’ demand for nursing skills of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), basic knowledge of TCM nursing and TCM nursing knowledge Higher. In the meantime, there are not enough faculty members, contradictions in nurse engineering are prominent, and there are no systematic problems in the training contents, especially in the following two hospitals. The author discusses the results of the investigation from the nurses level, the hospital level, the TCM colleges and the government level This paper describes how to carry out standardized training of Chinese medicine for nurses. It proposes to study the content and form of training by improving the management system and incentive mechanism, to provide unified training within the province, and to improve the quality of training by meeting the demand of clinical nursing.
