动脉粥样硬化主要发生在诸如颈动脉、肾动脉以及冠状动脉等大动脉中。在这些部位进行支架手术在临床上已经成为一种有效的治疗手段,但同时带来了凝血和再阻塞的风险。有内支架的流动对血管内血液的凝血和再阻塞的影响很大。因此我们对两个有不同位置的self-x型内支架在弯曲血管模型内的流动分别进行了研究,并和健康的(无支架)模型内的流动做了对比实验。得到了模型流动的流量以及压力曲线,并利用激光多普勒检测了在血管模型内横断面上流速的分布剖面。
Atherosclerosis occurs mainly in major arteries such as the carotid, renal and coronary arteries. Stenting in these areas has become clinically an effective treatment, but at the same time poses the risk of clotting and reocclusion. The presence of stent movement has a significant effect on the blood clotting and reocclusion of blood vessels. Therefore, we studied separately the flow of two self-x scaffolds with different positions in a curved vascular model and compared the flow in a healthy (stent-free) model. The flow rate and pressure curve of the model were obtained. The distribution of flow velocity in the cross section of the vascular model was detected by laser Doppler.
