在市场经济条件下，产生了一些新的医德问题，为我们在新形势下的医德建设提出了新的课题。笔者认为合理科学的医德观念并不是孤立自生的，它依赖于科学的、先进的世界观、人生观和价值观的确立。为此应做好几项工作：１树立广大医务工作者敬业乐业意识。２在医德实践中努力培养高尚的内心信念。３树立廉洁行医自觉抵制腐败的思想。医德建设中的“三观”教育要持之以恒，坚持不懈，采取多种多样的教育形式，完善各种医德规范和奖惩制度。
Under the conditions of market economy, some new medical ethics problems have emerged, which have raised new issues for the construction of medical ethics under the new situation. The author believes that the rational scientific concept of medical ethics does not stand alone. It depends on the establishment of a scientific, advanced world outlook, outlook on life, and values. To do this, we should do several things: 1. Establish a sense of professionalism and happiness among medical workers. 2. In the practice of medical ethics, efforts are made to cultivate a noble inner belief. 3 Efforts to establish a clean and honest medical practice to resist corruption. The “three views” education in the construction of medical ethics should be perseverance, perseverance, adopt a variety of forms of education, and improve various medical ethics and rewards and punishments.
