电磁振动给料机是一种在定向电磁力作用下输送物料的设备。这种设备具有驱动功率小,起动电流小,不引起网络电压降,振幅瞬时可达到稳定值,可以立即停止和运行等特点,而且还可以进行平滑地无级调节给料量,实现自动控制。因此,在饲料加工、粮食加工,矿山、冶金、建材、轻工、化工、食品、医药等行业中,应用较广。但是,目前国内生产的电磁振动给料机,存在体积大、噪声大、控制部分复杂、价格高等缺点。如国产GZV_3型电磁振动给料机,生产率为1吨/时,主机重量为12千克,噪声达到90多分贝,出厂价约为800元。由于这些缺点,限制了电磁振动给料机的实际应用。中国农业工程研究设计院在吸取国外先进技术的基础上,最近设计出了新型的DCZ型电磁振动给料机。这种电磁振动给料机结构简单、体积小、耗能少、
