采用前期控制性浸出废FCC催化剂复活结构研究中的工艺条件及参数,所制备的复活催化剂中Ni的质量分数为2 800μg/g,V为1 000μg/g,Fe为1 600μg/g;金属Ni的脱出率为37.8%,V为72.2%;Fe为87.1%。复活催化剂的比表面积、微孔、介孔体积提高了1倍左右,接近新鲜催化剂的比表面积和孔体积。复活催化剂的催化性能在重油微反装置上进行了测试,与废催化剂比较微反活性提高了6.46%,轻油的收率提高了13.93%,重油降低了5.55%,产品分布良好。不足之处是焦炭量略有升高。
