甘河林业局是1957年开发建设的,当年的老工人现在大部分已退居到生产二线或退休在家。近几年虽然有大批青年工人充实到生产第一线,但由于缺乏操作训练,不但适应不了工作需要,而且生产事故也时常发生。面对这种情况,局的领导清醒地认识到:不加强职工培训,不系统提高青工的业务能力,提高经济效益就将成为一句空话。从去年年初,他们把职工培训做为企业改革中的一项主要工作来抓,根据林区生产季节
