In the tide of quality education, innovation education has become a top priority and an urgency. How do the weak schools meet the challenges? How do the weak disciplines accelerate their progress and catch up? For this purpose, I conducted the “Five Ones Teaching” experiment on the basis of investigation and research. The three-year teaching experiment is now summarized. First, the experimental content “five ones” refers to more than one lesson, one chapter and multiple methods, multiple interpretations of one question, and one family of multiple questions.
