煤炭企业人力资源管理存在的问题构成了其实施战略性人力资源管理的内在必然性,而人力资源规划是管理的重要环节。基于对战略性人力资源规划内涵和意义的认识,文章分析和描述了煤炭企业实施战略性人力资源规划的阶段和内容体系,并指出总量规划、素质与结构规划是战略性人力资源规划的核心。
The problems existing in human resource management of coal enterprises constitute the inherent necessity of implementing strategic human resource management, and human resource planning is an important part of management. Based on the understanding of the connotation and significance of strategic human resource planning, the paper analyzes and describes the stage and content system of strategic human resource planning in coal enterprises. It also points out that total planning, quality and structural planning are the core of strategic human resource planning .
