简述了电子航道图水流实时模拟系统的基本需求和国内外水流数学模型与GIS技术结合的研究现状,综合河流模拟、GIS及软件开发相关技术,提出开发基于GIS与水动力数学模型的航道水流模拟系统的一种方法,介绍了系统预期能够实现的功能以及系统总体结构和设计思路.给出了系统实现中关键技术的处理方法,包括数据采集与管理;C#与Fortran混合编程;AE中流场、水深的表达;地图浏览以及航道水流条件交互式查询.实现了在电子航道图基础上的水流实时模拟、航道水流条件在GIS平台上叠加显示以及信息交互式查询等各项功能,为内河智能航道建设提供了参考.
In this paper, the basic requirements of the real-time simulation system of water flow in electronic watercourse chart and the current research status of water flow mathematical model and GIS technology at home and abroad are briefly described. Based on the related technologies of river simulation, GIS and software development, the paper proposes to develop waterway flow based on GIS and hydrodynamic mathematical model A method of simulating system is introduced, and the expected system functions and overall system structure and design ideas are introduced.The key technologies in system implementation are given, including data acquisition and management, mixed programming of C # and Fortran, AE middle stream Field and depth of water, map browsing and interactive query of waterway flow conditions, realizes the real-time simulation of water flow based on electronic watercourse chart, the display of watercourse flow conditions on GIS platform and the interactive inquiry of information. Intelligent waterway construction provides a reference.
