20世纪 2 0年代初发生的“科玄论战”,涉及科学与人生观的诸多问题。玄学派认为 ,科学不能支配人生观 ;科学派认为 ,科学不仅可以支配人生观 ,而且可以有科学的人生观。唯物史观派虽然赞同科学派的看法 ,又以唯物史观批评了科玄两派。论战的核心是 :现时代的中国人 ,应该有什么样的人生观 ,才有助于国家富强与社会稳定 ?今天我们反思这段历史 ,应当更全面地评价各派的是非功过 ,继续发扬科学精神 ,并努力实现科学精神与人文精神的完美统一。
The “polemics of science and technology” that took place in the early 20s of the 20th century involved many issues concerning the outlook on science and life. Metaphysics that science can not dominate the outlook on life; science school that science can not only dominate the outlook on life, but also have a scientific outlook on life. Although the historical materialism agree with the views of the scientific school, they criticize the two schools of science and materialism with the historical materialism. The core of the debate is: what kind of outlook on life should the contemporary Chinese have to help the country become prosperous and socially stable? Today, as we reflect on this period of history, we should more fully assess the merits and demerits of all factions and continue to carry forward Scientific spirit, and strive to achieve the perfect unity of the scientific spirit and the humanistic spirit.
