目的:开展门诊病人双向转诊的实证研究,获取有关证据,为卫生管理和医院管理提供决策证据。方法:分析深圳市公明人民医院及其社康中心(站)就诊的585例患者。结果:社康站(中心)上转率为8.95%,公明医院下转率为2.44%;77.14%的医生口头建议转诊,71.43%的医生只告知病人转诊医院层面,公明人民医院首诊比例为68.29%。结论:下转难,社区首诊病例相对少,转诊规范落实不到位,应落实病人社区首诊制,加强转诊规范建设和落实。
OBJECTIVE: To carry out an empirical study of outpatient two-way referral, obtain relevant evidence, and provide decision-making evidence for health management and hospital management. Methods: An analysis of 585 patients attending Shenzhen Komeito People’s Hospital and its community health center (station). Results: The turnover rate of Social Health Station (center) was 8.95%, that of Kung Ming Hospital was 2.44%; 77.14% of the doctors recommended verbal referrals; 71.43% of the doctors only informed the patients about the referral hospital level; The ratio is 68.29%. CONCLUSION: It is difficult to turn down the number of first referral cases in the community and the implementation of referral rules is not in place. The first diagnosis and treatment of patients’ communities should be implemented to strengthen the construction and implementation of referral criteria.
