领导班子出现不协调,有病因种种。除了政治观点、思想倾向的分歧使之难以协调其事外,一般说来,大量的、常发性的因素,往往是一些相对而言的“非主要性问题”。“班长”对这些问题处理的得当与否,关系到一个班子是否团结融洽,是否齐心共事,是否坚强有力。试举如下六例:
