采用磁控溅射法制备了Pd/Fe 和Pd1- xFex/Fe 多层膜.利用变换梯度磁强计测量了样品的Ms.发现层间耦合是铁磁性的, Ms 具有长程振荡,周期为4 ML.振荡的相位和周期在Pd0 .966Fe0 .034/Fe 和Pd0 .944Fe0 .056/Fe 系统中保持不变.就Pd/Fe 多层膜中是否存在内层的Pd负极化和长程的铁磁耦合振荡进行了讨论,并分析了不同计算结果以及理论计算与实验结果之间存在差异的原因.
Pd / Fe and Pd1-xFex / Fe multilayer films were prepared by magnetron sputtering. The sample was measured by a gradient magnetometer. The interlayer coupling is found to be ferromagnetic, and Ms has long-range oscillations with a period of 4 ML. The phase and period of oscillation are at Pd0. 966Fe0. 034 / Fe and Pd0. 944Fe0. 056 / Fe system remains unchanged. The existence of inner Pd negative polarization and long-range ferromagnetic coupling oscillation in the Pd / Fe multilayers was discussed and the reasons for the differences between the different calculation results and the theoretical calculation and the experimental results were analyzed.
