目的 探讨腭帆提肌运动神经的来源及走行路径。方法 :以兔为研究对象 ,应用辣根过氧化物酶 (HorseridishPerosidase,HRP)逆行追踪技术 ,结合使用颅内的脑神经根切断术。结果 :腭帆提肌的运动神经元位于同侧脑干的疑核中 ;面神经核内未见标记的神经元 ;当副神经的延脑根被切断后 ,同侧脑干疑核内的标记神经元消失。结论 :腭帆提肌是由疑核内运动神经元轴突 ,经副神经延脑根出颅 ,再经迷走神经咽支进行支配的。
Objective To investigate the origin and path of palatal-saphenous motor nerve. Methods: Rabbit was used as the research object. Horseridish Perosidase (HRP) retrograde tracing technique was used in combination with intracranial cranial nerve root transection. Results: The motor neurons in the levator palatine muscle were located in the nucleus accumbens of the ipsilateral brainstem. No neurons were labeled in the nucleus of the pars plana. When the parsnip nerve of the paraganglion was cut off, Neurons disappear. Conclusion: The palatal and saphenous levator ani are the axons of motor neurons in the suspected nucleus. They exit from the cranial nerve root of the accessory nerve and then governed by the pharyngeal branch of the vagus nerve.
