徐恭藻的管理理念:你可以不知道员工的短处,却不能不知道员工的长处;要能容人之短,用人之长。“利群”不允许赶走任何一个人才。如果谁这样做了,谁就是“利群”的千古罪人!企业发展最关键的因素是人,应以公平的利益享受和精神鼓励来激发职工的工作热情,使职工真正成为企业的主人;否则,企业的改革和发展就不可能得到实质性的推进和突破。
